Screening by role

Screening for healthcare and clinical hires

Clinical hires often need TB screening and proof of immunity before patient contact. A package may combine a TB/PPD skin test or TB blood test with Hep B, MMR, and varicella titers, plus the vaccines a facility requires.

Pair occupational health services with license verification and OIG and GSA exclusion checks, and add the Monthly Exclusions Check to monitor staff after the hire.

Screening for warehouse and equipment operators

Warehouse and equipment roles often combine a lift test, an audiogram for noise exposure, and a drug screen. Add a non-DOT physical or vision test when the job’s physical demands call for one.

Add the Standard criminal package for $25.95 per report if the role requires criminal searches.

Screening for respirator-use roles

OSHA requires a medical evaluation before an employee uses a respirator. A package typically starts with the OSHA respirator questionnaire and spirometry, followed by a fit test.

Fit testing is priced separately. Choose a qualitative or quantitative test based on the respirator the employee will wear.

Screening for drivers in DOT roles

DOT-regulated drivers need a DOT physical from a qualified medical examiner, plus DOT drug and alcohol testing where the role requires it. Each is a separate service, ordered individually.

For driving history, CDL verification, and FMCSA checks, see our Transportation packages.
